Installing the fiber cement facade coverings on this 156-unit residential building required a tremendous level of precision and attention to detail. Every panel needed to be installed with meticulous skill, which we achieved with our carpentry-driven expertise and ingrained commitment to doing it right. Because the building was constructed on multiple levels of elevation — a circumstance further complicated by inclement winter weather — we had to employ multiple types of lifts to successfully and safely complete the installation. Fortunately, we are no strangers to complex environments and navigated the challenges with tenacity and grit.
Inside, we installed custom millwork and casework throughout the apartment units and in common areas, as well as all the doors, frames and hardware. Our dedication to craftsmanship ensured every wood finish was flawlessly executed, right down to the fire extinguisher encasements. Because as precision builders rooted in carpentry, we know it’s the details that matter.
